The three-story, 150,000-square-foot Broadway Centre was one of the largest construction projects in downtown Bismarck, North Dakota. Broadway Centre contains a mix of commercial office/retail space, a restaurant and residential condominiums.
Our team provided geotechnical engineering and materials testing services. The geological evaluations were used to identify and provide preliminary recommendations for the main geotechnical issues relative to the design and construction. During the project’s construction, we also performed construction materials testing and structural steel inspections.
With luxury condos, a bar and grill, and plenty of commercial and retail space, it is the perfect development to hit downtown Bismarck in some time. The Downtowners Association anticipates a significant increase in activity to the area, and hopes it will bring in more services and housing.
