In June 2015, Braun Intertec opened an office in the Kansas City area by teaming with an existing operation that started in 1989. Our local staff has worked on over 2,000 projects in the region. The staff in the office has grown by 15%.

We have experience in all markets within the Kansas City region with a focus on education, healthcare, retail, commercial, agriculture, transportation, and residential. We recently won a five-year contract to support the State of Kansas, Department of Health and Environment with environmental services. Other key projects include the first ever Amazon Fulfillment center in the Kansas City area, over one million square feet; the $300M, 13-story cancer surgery center for The University of Kansas Hospital; the New Olathe High School – a 300,000 sf, three-story building; and the $268M design-build Gateway Interstate improvement for Kansas DOT.

Our capabilities include professional staff with local experience and a nationally accredited laboratory for soil, aggregate, concrete and asphalt; and a fleet of six trucks.
