Meet the Speakers
泰勒卡尔森
ASNT NDT Level-II
Based in our Minneapolis office, Taylor is a AWS Certified Welding Inspector and IBC Special Inspector for structural steel and high strength bolting. He brings 21 years of experience as a field technician and project coordinator. Taylor is responsible for project communication with inspectors, vendors, owners, structural engineers, architects and project managers along with performing day to day inspections in fabrication shops and in the field, and is aware of production scheduling, deadlines and safety meetings.
Pat Laplante.
ASNT NDT Level-II
Pat is from our Minneapolis office and has more than 31 years of experience. He performs nondestructive testing services on various components in the field and laboratory. These duties include structural steel inspections, welding, cold form metal framing, observations for compliance to approved drawings, bolting, shear studs, metal deck welding, mechanical fasteners, fireproofing. He is responsible for communicating with many different structural engineers and representatives to relay information. Pat has worked on several major projects including the US Bank Stadium in Minneapolis, MN and the Texas Rangers Stadium in Arlington, TX.
